Cancellation & Refund Policy
Outlining our transparent and standardized service protocols.
At Hareesh Packers & Movers, we strive to provide exceptional relocation services. However, due to the logistical complexities and resources involved (manpower, vehicles, and packing materials), we enforce a standardized Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure operational efficiency.
Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel their booking requests at any time. However, the refund of the advance booking amount is subject to the following timeline-based deductions:

| Between 24 to 48 Hours prior to the move | 50% Refund of the Advance Amount |

| Upon arrival of the crew at the pickup site | Non-Refundable + Mobilization Charges |
Peak Season Clause:
During peak relocation periods (month-end and month-start), all advance payments are strictly non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timing, as the slots are high-demand and pre-allocated.
Refund Disbursement Process
If a refund is approved based on the criteria above, the following process will be initiated:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via our official email: support@hareeshpackers.com.
- The approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.
- Processing fees or banking surcharges (if any) will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Rescheduling Protocol
We understand that plans can change. To reschedule your move:
- Rescheduling is free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled move (subject to slot availability).
- If rescheduling is requested after the vehicle and crew have been dispatched, the customer will be liable for "Vehicle Mobilization" and "Labor Idle" charges.
Non-Refundable Token Amount
The initial Token Amount paid to lock a specific date and time slot is strictly non-refundable once the booking has been processed in our system, as it prevents us from accepting other potential clients for that specific timeframe.
